Today I finally had a chance to make this recipe, it was super easy and scrumptious. I think you will enjoy making this one.
The recipe for my Pumpkin Delight is as follows:
Pumpkin Delight
Grease a 9x13 inch pan, in a large mixing bowl combine 1-15 oz. can pumpkin mix, 1 can evaporated milk, 3 eggs, 1 t. salt, 2 t. pumpkin spice. Pour mixture in greased pan. Sprinkle with 1 box of yellow cake mix, top with chopped pecans and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite cup of coffee or tea. Yum!
