Happy Thanksgiving to each and every one of you. I wanted to share another favorite recipe.
My recipe for Pumpkin Cheesecake is as follows:
Pumpkin Cheesecake
Combine 2 pkgs cream cheese, 1 c. Sugar, 3 eggs, 1 T. Vanilla blend until smooth. In small graham cracker tart pans fill shells 1/2 full. Add 1/2 can of pumpkin mix to remaining cheesecake and blend. Place spoonfuls on top of each filled tart shell. Swirl with chop stick. Place on cookie sheet and bake in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove and cool. Serve with cool whip and enjoy!
